He started by getting supplies to use and setting it up. Next we made sure the kidlins sit in a safe place while the push mower is going.
I want to make a special note here that these children have been taught when we do activities with motors they are to sit in a safe place as not to get hurt. As you can see they don't want to miss out and sit until Dean gives them the ok for them to come help him.
With the mower off and a wave of a hand they rush to help. Each child got to carry and dump the bag while the others took turns pushing the grass into the wagon. They even got to help put the bag back on before Dean started up the mower.
Not to young to learn responsibilities, team work and work ethics.
