Made a simple paper plate craft for our rain theme. The Little Hands love to glue. So we glued cotton on to paper plates, cloud, and tied curly ribbon to the bottom for rain fall. I just punched a few holes on the bottom and laced the ribbon. Just love curly ribbon. It adds that extra special touch.
